Ted Lorden, the grandson of our founder, Charles “Pop” Lorden, currently leads a team of seasoned professionals whose heating and cooling experience, know-how, and dedication to our customers is without peer. Ted is a respected industry expert and the driving force behind many of the new service programs and innovative technologies you’ll discover on this site.
